Ability
La Petite Cabane has a capacity of 2 people (no children under 5 years old but babies allowed in a travel cot not provided). La Grande Cabane has a capacity of 5 people (4 adults and 1 child under 12 years old). La Petit Gîte has a capacity of 4 people (2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old or 3 adults). In the event that additional unforeseen people are found, the owner reserves the right to charge the cost provided for the total rental period or even to interrupt the stay if the number of people exceeds the maximum capacity.
Reservation
The reservation is effective and final after receipt of the full payment by the owner. The minimum rental period is 2 nights outside July/August (except October and April 1 night for the Petite Cabane during the week, 2 nights at the weekend and except July and August 7 nights for the Petit Gîte and the Grande Cabane, 3 nights for the Petite Cabane).

Species
Rates
The nightly rate for the Grande Cabane is for 2 people. For each additional person, a rate of €25 per night will apply. Weekly bookings (7 nights) benefit from the 7th night free for the cabins.
Breakfast
Breakfast is optional at a cost of €10 per person. It consists of a hot drink (coffee, tea, chocolate, milk), an organic fruit juice, a homemade yogurt, fresh bread and a pastry per person to be chosen the day before (failing that, a croissant), butter, homemade jams, honey from our apiary.
Household
Cleaning is done for the arrival of the tenants and included in the rental price (except gîte: flat rate of €40 per stay). During the rental period, cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant (including the plancha). If you notice an oversight, please report it quickly, complaints about cleaning not reported on the day of your arrival cannot be taken into account or give rise to a subsequent complaint.
Caution
A deposit payable by check or cash of 300€ for the large and 200€ for the small and the cottage will be requested upon arrival and handover of keys. If necessary, the payment of damages caused or unpaid items will be deducted from the amount of the deposit. The deposit is returned on the day of departure.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax is included in the price of the stay.
Conditions for cancellation or modification on your part
The cancellation of a reservation will only be effective after confirmation by email of its acceptance by the owner.
If it occurs between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, 30% of the total amount is retained by the owner.
If it occurs between 8 and 14 days before the scheduled arrival date, 60% of the total amount is retained by the owner.
If it occurs less than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date, 100% of the total amount is retained by the owner.
Conditions for cancellation or modification by us
In the event of a weather alert with external events announced, beyond our control, such as bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel or modify your stay for your safety. We will then offer you alternative accommodation or postpone your stay to a later date within the following 12 months. If this offer does not suit you, your entire booking will be refunded and no other compensation can be claimed.
Interruption
In the event of interruption of the current stay, 100% of the amount of the remaining stay will be due.
Arrival / departure
Access to the cabins is between 4pm and 6pm, to the lodge between 5pm and 8pm. Departure is at the latest at 10am for the large cabin and for the lodge, at 11am for the small cabin.
Cabin compliance
The cabins were built by the company Nid Perché and they comply with the DTU 31.2 NF P 21-204 standard. They are easily accessible by a staircase and the terraces are closed by railings. Children are under the full responsibility of the parents or adults accompanying them during the stay. They must be accompanied and supervised whether in the cabins, on the terraces, outside, in the playground and at the swimming pool. It is strictly forbidden to leave them alone without supervision. It is particularly forbidden to climb the branches of the trees that cross the terraces of the cabins. The cabins have been inspected by a CERES CONTROL certified organization, the report is available on request.
Fire safety
The cabins and the lodge are equipped with smoke detectors.
Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins and the gîte, as well as lighting candles in the cabins. An ashtray is available on the terrace and it is strictly forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground. The plancha grill provided to tenants is their responsibility during their stay. It is their responsibility to ensure that it is extinguished properly and to close the gas bottle when not in use.
Vehicle traffic
Vehicle traffic is prohibited on the access road to the cabins. Access is only via the rural and hiking path that passes through the meadow. Cars must be parked in the designated parking area and must not remain parked under or near the cabins. For safety reasons, the speed limit is 20km/h on the site. Please be careful of children, other people or possibly animals present on the site (horses, sheep, dogs).
Night traffic
In order to respect nature and its inhabitants and allow you to fully enjoy the starry nights, the accesses to the cabins are not lit. However, you have torches and lanterns in your cabins to move to and from your vehicles. Please put them back in the cabins at the end of your stay and make sure not to leave the outside lights on (during the day or at night when you sleep).
Shared swimming pool
The swimming pool is accessible in season (mid-June to mid-September) from 8am to 8pm and shared with the tenants of the other cabin and the gîte as well as our own children. Please ensure that you respect the shared access to the swimming pool for all. Deckchairs, parasols and inflatable games are at your disposal, please take care of them.
The pool is accessible by two gates closed by two locking systems to prevent children from entering alone. Please make sure to close the gates behind you and never leave children unattended. The depth of the pool is 1m40 so diving is strictly forbidden.
Playground
The playground is at your disposal (badminton, trampoline, Finnish skittles, petanque, rackets, etc.). Please take care of it and put the games away after each use.
Household linen
Sheets and towels are provided. It is forbidden to use towels at the pool. Please make sure to bring your own bath towels for the pool.
Animals
Animals are not allowed in the cabins and in the gîte.
Insurance
The tenant is required to insure himself against damage of any nature likely to incur liability, for example by taking out holiday insurance.
Acceptance of the internal regulations
Booking one of our cabins or the gîte implies compliance with these regulations.
